Our exclusive Edge-Sealing process prevents fraying or raveling. Synthetic fiber fabrics including Nylon, Acetate, Polyester, and Blends, are slit and sealed with a strong, smooth edge.

Our Slitters have the capacity to process 84 inch mill-roll widths; and, are capable of slitting to widths as narrow as .250”, while maintaining a tolerance of (+/- ).008”

Our Quality Control procedure begins with inspection of all materials prior to slitting:
  • To verify yardage received
  • To examine for weaving or finishing defects that might affect product integrity
